CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of 1.31 billion yuan and contracted sales of approximately 2.87 billion yuan in October, with a gross floor area of 242,100 square meters, a Friday bourse filing said.

The property firm's average selling price for the month was around 12,100 yuan per square meter.

From January to October, contracted sales and gross floor area reached 29 billion yuan and 2.4 million square meters, respectively. The contracted sales attributable to the equity owners for the 10 months came in at 14.10 billion yuan.
