M&C REIT Management, as manager of CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:J85), and M&C Business Trust Management, as trustee-manager of CDL Hospitality Business Trust, completed the acquisition of Hotel Indigo Exeter and two retail units for SG$33.2 million, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The acquisition increases CDL Hospitality Trusts' portfolio to 21 properties, comprising 4,924 hotel rooms, 352 build-to-rent apartment units, and a retail mall.
