Serko (NZE:SKO, ASX:SKO) Chief Operating Officer Charlie Nowaczek will step down in late January 2025, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Nowaczek will assume a chief executive position at a company outside the travel technology industry, the filing stated. Serko will conduct a search for Nowaczek's successor.
The corporate travel booking software developer's New Zealand shares were up more than 1% in recent trade.
