Guangzhou Automobile or GAC's (HKG:2238) production and sales volume of vehicles fell in October, a Thursday bourse filing stated.
Production volume for the month stood at 168,051 units, down 29% from the year-ago figure, while sales fell by 17% to 185,785 vehicles.
From January to October, production and sales declined by 26% and 25%, respectively, to around 1.5 million units each.
Shares of the automobile company closed 3% higher on Thursday.
