Phunware (PHUN) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Troy Reisner plans to step down between Nov. 15 and Nov. 30.
Reisner departure is not related to any disagreements on operational or financial matters, Phunware said in a regulatory filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interim Chief Executive Stephen Chen and vice president of accounting and financial reporting Brendhan Botkin will manage CFO responsibilities until a successor is appointed, Phunware said adding that it has initiated a search to find Reisner's replacement.
Phunware shares fell more than 1% in recent trading.
