Kop's (SGX:5I1) wholly owned subsidiary, Montigo Hospitality, established a step-down subsidiary in the UK, Charlton Somerset Properties, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The principal activities of the subsidiary include buying and selling of real estate and letting and operating of owned or leased real estate.
