Aspen (SGX:1F3) was awarded a project for the development of a 36.025 acre land in Penang Indonesia by the Railway Assets Corporation through a joint venture between Aspen Vision Development and Kerjaya Prospek Group, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The development site, which will cater to 338 housing units, 1,680 residential units, 1,680 serviced apartments and commercial and office spaces, is located between the Perai River and Taman Inderawasih.

In the initial phase, the joint venture will focus on delivering 338 housing units.
