Newborn Town's (HKG:9911) appointee Three D Partners repurchased 1.07 million shares of the company on the market on Thursday and Friday for about HK$4.0 million at HK$3.73 apiece, under the share purchase scheme, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Three D Partners had repurchased a little over 45.2 million company shares on the market between April 28, 2023, and Oct. 25, 2024, and currently holds 51.0 million shares in the balance of the shares under the scheme.
