Vobile Group Raises HK$78 Million from Convertible Bond Issue

Vobile Group (HKG:3738) has completed the issue of a total of HK$78 million of convertible bonds to three investors, a Nov. 8 bourse filing said.

The bonds, which have a three-year term and do not carry any interest, are convertible at HK$1.95 apiece until maturity.

The software company will use proceeds from the issue for investment purposes and for general working capital.

Shares of the company were up over 6% in recent trade.
