China Beststudy Education Group's (HKG:3978) RSU trustee repurchased 74,00 shares on the market on Friday for HK$232,360 at HK$3.15 apiece, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The trustee currently holds a little over 109.7 million company shares in balance.
The educational services provider's shares were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
