Kingsoft Cloud's (HKG:3896) affiliated entity Beijing Kingsoft Cloud Network Technology entered into a finance lease agreement with CITIC Financial Leasing to accelerate its investment into AI infrastructure, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the agreement, the lender will provide finance lease assistance to the lessee in the principal amount of 250 million yuan through the sale and leaseback of certain servers.
