Artisan Partners Asset Management (APAM) said late Monday that preliminary assets under management totaled $162.81 billion at the end of October, compared with $167.84 billion in September.

Artisan Funds and Artisan Global Funds accounted for $78.8 billion of the total AUM in October, while separate accounts and other AUM were $84 billion, the company said.
