Greentown Service Group (HKG:2869) unit Greentown Education Investment will sell 11.64% interest in Montessori Academy Group Holding to Montessori Academy, which is acting as a trustee for the Montessori Academy Trust, for AU$16.2 million, a Nov. 8 bourse filing said.

On the same day, Greentown Education Investment also agreed to sell the 10.78% shares in Montessori Academy Group Holding back to the latter for AU$15 million.

Following the disposals, which are inter-conditional on each other, Greentown Education Investment will hold around 35% equity interest in Montessori Academy Group.
