Altimmune (ALT) said Monday it appointed Greg Weaver as chief financial officer.
Weaver joins from CFO of Cognito Therapeutics, where he held a similar role, according to the company statement. Altimmune's CFO, Richard Eisenstadt, died in June 24.
Shares of the company were down 0.6% in recent premarket activity.
