Katrina Group Ltd. (SGX:1A0) has increased its issued share capital by 280,000 ordinary shares, bringing its total issued share capital to 238.5 million, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The shares were issued on Nov. 8, following the exercise of 280,000 warrants at an exercise price of SG$0.02 each.
The new shares, which rank equally with existing shares, are set to be listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange on Nov. 12, with trading commencing at 9 am.
