Dole (DOLE) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.19 per diluted share, down from $0.24 a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $0.20.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $2.06 billion, compared with $2.04 billion a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.00 billion.

The company maintained a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share, payable Jan. 3 to shareholders of record on Dec. 11.

Dole shares were down nearly 4% in pre-market activity.
