COSCO Shipping Energy Transportation (HKG:1138, SHA:600026) agreed to purchase a property in 17/F Guangzhou International Shipping Tower from an associate, Guangzhou Hailong Real Estate, for 124.2 million yuan, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property is located at room 1701 in 17/F Guangzhou International Shipping Tower, No. 8 Yuanhai Street, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, and has a gross floor area of 2,374 square meters.
The property is for office use and the company's Guangzhou center has already been using the property as an office since July 1.
