China Datang Corporation Renewable Power (HKG:1798) recorded a power output of around 2.8 million megawatt-hours in October, up 24.69% from the year-ago period, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of this, wind and photovoltaic power generation rose by 23.76% and 33.97% year over year, respectively, to 2.5 million megawatt-hours and 274,691 megawatt-hours.

From January to October, the power supplier's total output reached roughly 26.0 million megawatt-hours, an increase of 3.62% from a year prior.

Shares of the power generation company were up over 3% in recent trade.
