KSH Holdings (SGX:ER0) loss attributable to owners of the company reduced nearly 49% to SG$6.5 million for the half year ended Sept. 30 from SG$12.6 million a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Loss per share came in at SG$0.0117 from SG$0.0223 in the year-ago period.
The construction and property development company's revenue was down 66% year over year to SG$50.0 million from SG$145.8 million, mainly due to a decrease in revenue from construction business.
The company declared an interim ordinary cash dividend of SG$0.005 for the period.
