FPA Energy Acquisition filed for an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The blank-check company on Tuesday said it intends to list 10 million at and a public offering price of $10 each. FPA expects to raise $100 million from the offering and the sale of private placement units before expenses.
As of June 30, the company hadn't commenced any operations, it said.
The company intends to list its shares on Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols FPAQU, FPAQ and FPAQR.
