Fitch Assigns BBB+ Rating with Stable Outlook to Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust

Fitch Ratings has assigned Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) a long-term issuer default rating of 'BBB+' with a stable outlook, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The rating also applies to Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust's SG$175 million unsecured unsubordinated notes due in March 2029 and SG$150 million notes due in July 2028.

These notes, issued by Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust Treasury, are guaranteed by Perpetual (Asia) as trustee of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust.
