K Cash (HKG:2483) obtained a syndicated loan with a facility amounting to HK$550 million and plans to use it for general corporate purposes and to refinance the existing financial indebtedness of the group, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The loan was obtained from independent parties.
The shares of the financial services company were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
