Bojun Education (HKG:1758) expects a net loss of between 36.7 million yuan and 44.8 million yuan in the year ended Aug. 31, compared with a net profit of around 51 million yuan a year prior, a Thursday bourse filing said.

The private education service provider attributed the anticipated swing to loss mainly to a rise in finance costs.

Shares of the company closed nearly 2% lower on Thursday.
