Copa Holdings (CPA) said late Wednesday its preliminary October passenger traffic, measured in revenue passenger miles, rose 6.5% from a year earlier.

The preliminary data also showed that capacity, measured in available seat miles, rose 6.6% year over year in October.

Meanwhile, the system load factor for the month was 87.4%, down from 87.6% a year earlier.
