China Feihe's (HKG:6186) subsidiary Heilongjiang Feihe Dairy subscribed for China CITIC Bank's wealth management financial product worth 500 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The wealth management product, Xinyin Wealth Management Allwin Xiang No. 111, is a non-principal guaranteed with floating return type product, with an expected annual return rate of 2.70%. The product matures on Nov. 14, 2025.
As of the date of the filing, the outstanding principal amount of the wealth management and structured deposit financial products of the bank subscribed by the group amount to 2.90 billion yuan, the infant milk formula products producer and seller said.
