Lisi Group (HKG:0526) expects an up to 30 million yuan net loss for the six months ended Sept. 30, against a net profit of 293.2 million yuan a year ago, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The household products maker attributed the downbeat forecast to the absence of gains from land resumption in China, an increase in impairment losses on financial and contract assets, and higher valuation loss from the revaluation of the group's investment properties.
