Alphatec Holdings (ATEC) late Friday filed a registration statement for the resale of up to 1.1 million shares to be issued to L-5 Healthcare Partners if it exercises a warrant received from the company on Nov. 8.
The warrant has an exercise price of $2.17 per share. The company will receive proceeds from the exercise of the warrants.
