Technology stocks were declining premarket Friday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 1.1% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 0.7% lower recently.

Applied Materials (AMAT) shares fell past 9% after the company reported a decline in fiscal Q4 GAAP earnings.

AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) shares declined by over 11% after the company reported a wider Q3 net loss.

OneStream (OS) were down nearly 6% after the company priced an offering of 15 million class A common shares at $31 per share.
