Oscar Health (OSCR) shares were up over 18% in recent trading Thursday after director, co-founder and vice chairman, Joshua Kushner, purchased about 1.1 million shares of the company.
The shares were purchased for about $14.4 million, according to a regulatory filing.
Kushner now controls about 5.8 million Oscar Health shares.
