CapitaLand Development, the development arm of the Capitaland Group, reported 92% of booked units for its residential building, Senique Hanoi, in Vietnam, according to a company release on Tuesday.
The property, which is developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate (TYO:8802) and Nomura Real Estate Development, has three 37-story towers and 2,150 units.
The residential complex is the company's fourth sales launch of the year.
Singapore-based Capitaland Group also includes Capitaland Investment (SGX:9CI).
