Amos Group's (SGX:49B) acting chief executive officer, Ronald Broer, has resigned due to personal reasons, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

Executive director Marcel Beraud will continue to lead in Broer's place, the filing added. The company said there will be no immediate successor for the vacated role.
