Orbital (ASX:OEC)
The industrial technology company is set to raise about AU$2 million through a one-for-eight renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer priced at AU$0.11 per share. It is fully underwritten by major shareholders, UIL and Boneyard Investments, who have each agreed to underwrite 50% of the offer.
