First Tractor (HKG:0038, SHA:601038) subsidiary China-Africa Machinery will provide equipment, relevant documents, and domestic technical training to China CAMC Engineering (SHE:002051) for 22.2 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The equipment includes certain tractor equipment, including 301 tractor mainframes and accompanying spare parts, accessories, and tools.
Under the contract, China-Africa Machinery will also provide domestic training to up to 30 people for up to 42 days.
