S&P Global Ratings affirmed the BBB+ issuer credit rating on Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) and revised the rating outlook to negative from stable on Thursday.
The rating agency also affirmed the BBB+ issue rating on the senior unsecured bonds guaranteed by the trust, a filing with the Singapore Exchange disclosed on Thursday.
