Aluminum Corp. of China (SHA:601600, HKG:2600) or Chalco is planning to acquire the slab ingots assets held by Chinalco High-end Manufacturing, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The transaction price, 175.4 million yuan, is the net value of the assets after evaluation, Chalco said.
