Lending company Resimac Group (ASX:RMC) named Wayne Spanner as chairman, succeeding Warren Mcleland, who stepped down from the role but will remain on the board as the deputy chair, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The changes are effective at the end of the annual general meeting on Tuesday, the filing said.
