Lu Hua has retired as Shenzhen Investment's (HKG:0604) chairman and an executive director, effective Wednesday, a same-day bourse filing said.

The property firm, on the same day, named its president, Wang Yuwen, as the company's acting chair, until a suitable candidate is identified for the role.
