Air China (HKG:0753, SHA:601111) passenger capacity surged 14.5% year over year to 30.71 billion available seat kilometers in October, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Passenger count jumped 18% to 13.8 million during the month.

Cargo capacity grew 20% yearly to 1.18 billion available freight ton-kilometers.

Cargo carried increased 28% to 137,558.5 tons, the filing said.
