Keppel DC Reit Launches Approximately SG$1 Billion Equity Fund Raising

Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) launched an equity fund raising to raise gross proceeds of about SG$1.0 billion, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

The issue price range will be between SG$2.074 to SG$2.128 for each private placement unit and between SG$2.03 to SG$2.08 for each preferential offering unit.

The REIT will use the proceeds to partially finance the proposed shares and bond transactions and for general corporate and working capital purposes.
