Kangqiao Service Group (HKG:2205) said its auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), resigned after mutual agreement between the two parties, effective Oct. 28, according to a Friday filing on the Hong Kong bourse.

The board appointed Crowe as the new auditor, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the EGM.
