Vista Land & Lifescapes (PSE:VLL) booked a net income of 9.1 billion Philippine pesos for the first nine months of 2024, up 10% from the same period last year.
Consolidated revenue for the nine months rose 7% annually to 29.1 billion pesos, according to a Monday Philippine bourse filing.
Real estate revenue reached 13.6 billion pesos, while rental income amounted to 12.4 billion pesos, it said.
The real estate company launched 32.6 billion pesos worth of projects across the country.
