Arta TechFin (HKG:0279) expects a net loss of at least HK$18 million for the six months ended Sept. 30, as compared with HK$47 million a year prior, a Monday bourse filing said.

The firm attributed the lower anticipated loss mainly to a rise in revenue and other income and a reduction in expenses, including employee benefit and IT and maintenance expenses.

Shares of the financial services company closed over 2% lower on Monday.
