Health and Happiness International Holdings' (HKG:1112) total revenue decreased by 10.4% to 2.96 billion yuan in the third quarter from 3.30 billion yuan a year ago.

Q3 sales in mainland China declined 17% year over year to 1.82 billion yuan, while revenue from Australia and New Zealand rose 1% to 552.0 million yuan.

The infant milk formula manufacturer's sales in North America increased by 1.9% to 396.0 million yuan, while revenue from other territories climbed 11.4% to 186.6 million yuan.

For the nine months ended Sept. 30, the company's total revenue fell 6.1% to 9.65 billion yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
