ESR-LOGOS REIT (SGX:J91U), through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, ESR-LOGOS REIT TMK2, completed the 100% acquisition of a trust beneficiary interest in the logistics property, ESR Yatomi Kisosaki Distribution Centre at 1-3-4 chrome in Japan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The property was acquired for 38.00 billion yen in a deal signed in July 31.
Following the acquisition, 12,189,481 new units were issued to the manager at an issue price of SG$0.2681 as payment for the acquisition fee of around SG$3.3 million.
