NuScale Power (SMR) said Tuesday it will redeem all outstanding warrants for its class A common shares on Dec. 19 at $0.01 per warrant.
The company had the option to redeem the warrants if its stock price reached and stayed above $18 for 20 trading days and two specific groups of warrants were also being redeemed at the same time, according to NuScale.
The stock price condition was met on Nov. 14.
The warrants will remain open for exercise at $11.50 per warrant until immediately before 5 p.m. on the redemption date, the company added.
Shares of NuScale Power were down 2.9% in recent trading.
