Katrina Group (SGX:1A0) increased its issued share capital to 238.8 million shares following the exercise of 280,000 warrants at SG$0.02 each, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new shares will be listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange on Nov. 21, with trading set to begin at 9 am.
