Chenqi Technology (HKG:9680) agreed to provide technology services to Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems, as well as Tencent (HKG:0700) and its units and affiliates, a Nov. 15 bourse filing said.
The technology services, which will include data collection, processing, and annotation products and services, will be offered from Nov. 15, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2026.
Chenqi Technology and Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems have also agreed to revise the existing annual cap for the service fees payable by the former under an existing marketing promotion services framework agreement for the year ending Dec. 31.
Tencent, through its subsidiary, Tencent Mobility, holds a 15.87% interest in Chenqi Technology, making it a substantial shareholder.
Shares of Chenqi Technology closed 1% lower on Tuesday.
