China Industrial Securities International Financial (HKG:6058) unit CISI Investment sold $7.9 million in Lenovo (HKG:0992) debts, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong exchange.
The debts have a total consideration of about $8.6 million, maturing on July 27, 2032, and have a fixed interest rate of 6.536% per annum, the filing said.
