Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Slate Asset Management have partnered to launch JLL Asset Beacon, a SaaS technology platform designed for commercial real estate professionals, the companies said Tuesday.
The platform combines financial, operational, and leasing data across asset management functions, offering a real-time overview of portfolio performance.
The solution integrates JLL's generative AI through its Falcon platform, offering lease abstraction and natural language queries to help investors make faster decisions, optimize portfolios, and uncover value opportunities, according to a joint statement.
Shares of JLL were down 1% in recent Tuesday trading.
