Triumph New Energy's (HKG:1108, SHA:600876) subsidiary CNBM (Tongcheng) New Energy Materials has secured a contract to provide technical services to China Triumph International Engineering for 8 million yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The services will be provided during the trial production phase of the Guangxi Beihai Dejin New Material Industrial Park Phase I Line A Project.
The total fee for the staff training services is set at 2.4 million yuan and 5.6 million yuan for the on-site production technical services.
